Enquiry
Tell us about the project.
Prefer a conversation? Book a 30-minute call and we will come prepared with questions.
After you send
What happens next.
No auto-responder maze. A person reads the message and comes back with something useful.
01
We read it properly
Your enquiry goes to the studio team, not a shared sales inbox. It is routed to the producer closest to the work.
02
A short, useful reply
We come back with questions, a suggested route and an honest view of timing, scope and budget.
03
A call, if it fits
If the project looks like a match, we book a 30-minute call and turn the conversation into a plan.
What should I include in a first message?
The outcome you want, the audience, the deadline and any budget range you already have. A rough brief is more useful than a perfect one.
How quickly will I hear back?
The studio team reads every enquiry. For something time-sensitive, call or WhatsApp the number above and we will respond directly.
Do you work outside Nairobi?
Yes. We produce across Kenya and plan travel, permits and logistics as part of the production. Remote collaboration is routine.
I want to pitch a Here For You guest.
Send it to the podcast inbox. Include who the person is, why their story matters now and a link to their work.
